Hit Parade: Yang Pops 5 Hits Monday, June 26th , 2056 Dou-guan Yang told the press after his 5-hit day, "Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate. He wants to hit the ball hard." Well, that's just what Yang of the MSL Montana Pandas did against the MSL Cape Coral Hurricanes. He went to the plate 6 times and 5 times he delivered base hits, but his club still suffered a 8-6 defeat. "Not much I can say," offered Yang in the postgame press conference. "I got a bunch of hits, but it would have been much better to get a win. Can I trade 5 hits for the win?" Dou-guan Yang hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th, struck out in the 10th and doubled in the 12th.
