Sims Bashes 5 Base Hits Friday, June 8th , 2063 It was a parade of hits for Jeff Sims of the MSL Mexico City Blue Demons at MSL Blue Demon Ballpark. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Sims finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Blue Demons to a win, 11-7. "Sims was really good and we were really bad," groaned Northern Lions BC manager Sergio Muñóz. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Jeff Sims singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th, hit an RBI double in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
