Overshown Slams 5 Hits for Hamilton Sunday, September 4th, 2044 It doesn't happen very often, but it did for DeMarvion Overshown today -- a 5-hit effort. He went on a rampage at Coyote Wildlife Refuge and paced the Coyotes to a 7-3 win over the Kansas Rainbeaus. After his dynamite batting performance, the Hamilton first baseman told reporters that he "just tried to get in a good count and have a good at-bat. That's all I can control." His philosophy paid dividends today. He slammed 5 hits in 5 tries and put his name in the record book. DeMarvion Overshown hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Joe Yoder in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
