Sixshooters Weaver Smacks 5 Hits Wednesday, August 25th , 2060 Christian Weaver really sizzled at the plate in his team's 6-1 win over the Tacoma Fur Traders. The Westwood left fielder blistered Tacoma for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. "Weaver was too tough to get out today," the Fur Traders skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Christian Weaver singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
