Boyd Raps Tacoma for 5 Hits Wednesday, September 13th , 2062 Today at Nationals Park, the Ottawa Fat Cats fell to the Tacoma Fur Traders despite a splendid performance by designated hitter Timothy Boyd. Boyd had an exceptional day at the plate, tagging Fur Traders pitching for 5 base hits, but it was not enough for Ottawa to come away with the win. Tacoma whipped Ottawa by a score of 9-5. Timothy Boyd singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 10th. So far this year, Boyd is batting .278 with 4 home runs and 27 RBIs.
